摘要
为确定一定环境下沥青混合料铺筑过程温度衰减规律,对铺筑过程路面温度场的仿真模型进行了研究.采用非连续的随碾压次数而变的层厚、材料热物性和洒水散热条件,连续的随温度而变的对流换热、辐射换热条件,以及非均匀的底层初始温度场,建立了一维仿真模型.通过变换几何模型及循环调用初始温度场的方法,实现了非连续条件在连续场分析中的应用.由仿真模型验证,本文模型可以在不同环境条件下实现铺筑过程温度场仿真.
In order to determine the cooling law of asphalt mixture paving in a certain circumstances, the authors had studied the temperature field simulation model of paving process. The one-dimensional simulation model had beed set up under some particular conditions: layer thickness, thermophysical parameters and sprinkler cooling which were discontinuously changing with rolling times; convective and radiation heat transfer which were continuously changing with the surface temperature; and the uneven initial underlying temperature fields. By transforming geometric model and cycle calling the initial temperature fields, discontinuous conditions had been used in the continuous field analysis. Validation tests have shown that the model could achieve simulation of paving cooling in different environments.
