丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪肠道微生物区系的影响 被引量:23

The Effect of Clostridium Butyricum on Intestinal Microflora of Weaned Piglets

摘要 试验旨在探讨丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪肠道pH值及肠道各部位微生态菌群(丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌)的影响。选用60头(公、母各半)体重相近(6.41±0.26)kg的(28±2)d断奶健康仔猪(杜×长×大),随机分成2个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。两组试验仔猪分别饲喂含有丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌0、8×107CFU/kg的饲粮,试验共6周。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌能够显著降低空肠、回肠、盲肠和结肠的pH值(P<0.05);提高断奶仔猪十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠和结肠内丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌的含量;显著增加断奶仔猪空肠、回肠、盲肠和结肠内的乳酸杆菌数(P<0.05),显著减少断奶仔猪盲肠和回肠内大肠杆菌数(P<0.05)。结果提示,在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加适量的丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌,可降低肠道pH值和提高肠道内丁酸梭状芽孢杆菌和乳酸杆菌的含量,降低大肠杆菌的含量。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of clostridium butyricum for gastrointestinal microflora on weaned piglets. A total of 60 ternary hybrid piglets weaned (28±2)days with weight(6.41±0.26)kg were diricled into 2 groups randomly. The piglets were fed with the clostridium butyrieum level of 0 CFU/kg, 8×107 CFU/kg in the diet. The results showed: compared with control group, adding clostridium butyricum could significantly decrease the pH in jejunum, ileum, cecum and colon, enhance the content of clostridium butyricum in duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum and colon; significantly increase the number of laetobacillus in jejunum, ileum,cecum and colon, significantly reduce E.coli number in ileum and cecum. Adding clostridium butyricum in feed of weaned piglets could reduce the pH, increase the content of clostridium butyricum and lactobacillus and reduce E.coli number in intestinal tract.
