摘要 针对综合传动装置结构复杂、故障数据积累较少、缺少合理的故障模式分析方法的现状,对某型综合传动装置进行了实车试验。记录了试验中出现的全部故障数据,提出采用熵权模糊综合评价法进行故障模式危害性分析,实现了多个模糊性指标和定性指标的定量评价。在综合考虑故障发生概率、严酷度、检测难度、维修等级的基础上,从全寿命周期角度提出纠正难度这一评价指标,健全了评价指标体系。通过故障模式危害性分析,找到了危害性较高的关键故障模式和子系统,为综合传动装置的改进、维修决策和寿命管理提供了有效的依据。 An integrated transmission system is tested in relation to the completed structure of integrated transmission system, the less failure data and the lack of reasonable failure mode analysis method. All the failure data are recorded during test, and a entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is pro- posed to analyze the failure mode criticality, through which several fuzzy and qualitative indicators are e- valuated. In consideration of failure probability, failure severity, difficulty in failure detection and maintenance level, an evaluation indicator for correction cycle, which improves the evaluation indicator discovered through criticality analysis, which prov difficulty is proposed from the perspective of full-life system. ide valid sion and life management of integrated transmission system.
