Study on the Legal System of Promoting the Development of Circular Economy

揭示我国循环经济法律制度的不足,为建立健全相关法律制度提供理论支撑。循环经济法律制度应有明确的目标定位。经济发达国家循环法律制度比较健全,可以为我国提供有益的借鉴。根据我国循环经济法律制度的现状,有必要从加强立法、健全财税法律制度、依法促进循环经济技术开发与应用等方面完善相关法律制度。

Research of this paper can not only reveal the shortcomings of China＇s legal system of circular economy, but also provide theoretical support for the establishment of a sound legal system. The target location of the legal system of circular economy should be clear. Circulation legal system of economic developed country is much more perfect, which can provide a useful reference for our country. According to the present situation of our country＇s legal system of circular economy, it is necessary to improve the relevant legal system from different aspects, such as strengthening legislation, perfecting the legal system of finance ＆ taxation, promoting the development and application of circular economy technology in accordance with the law, and so on.
