摘要
拟基于机能分析法、自利与他利、印象管理及个人控制等相关理论,探讨影响员工建言行为的多重动机;自利动机与他利动机之间是否彼此独立或互斥;各动机对员工建言行为的影响机制等问题。
In reality, people make voice behavior probably because it can satisfy their motivations or needs. In reality, understanding the motivations of employee voice can help managers to find valid measurements of encouraging employee to voice. Based on the theory of functional analysis, self - interest, other orientation, impression management and personal control, this study aims to investigate multiple motivations in effecting employee behavior and the topic whether selfish motives and others' profit motives are independent or mutually exclusive, etc.
