摘要
以高新技术企业业务人员为对象探讨乐于助人与自我效能对知识分享行为的影响,并进一步分析组织支持感在其中的调节效果。经由层次回归分析(HLM)发现乐于助人与自我效能对业务人员的知识分享行为产生正向影响,同时,当业务人员处于高组织支持环境时,将增强乐于助人与自我效能对知识分享行为的影响。在此研究基础上,对企业管理者提出建议。
Based on the staff of high and new tech enterprises, the research explores the influence on the knowledge sharing behavior by taking pleasure in helping people and self - efficiency, and analyzes the moderating efficiency of perceived organizational support among them. According to the HLM, we found that taking pleasure in helping people and self - efficiency have a positive influence on the knowledge sharing behavior. Meanwhile, when the staff locates in a high organizational support environment, it will enhance the influence on the knowledge sharing behavior. On the past achievement, it puts forward the advices to the administrator.
