摘要
通过分析政府主导型产学研合作中专利转移特征,结合国家知识产权局推出的专利评价指标体系,基于科学、合理、高效的原则,构建政府主导型产学研合作中专利价值分析体系,利用模糊层次分析法给出指标权重计算过程,实践证明,该体系能够满足高校对大批量专利技术进行快速科学地价值分析的需求。
After analyzing the character of patent transferring in government - oriented university - industry cooperation, based on the patent evaluation index system of State Intellectual Property Office, the patent value analysis system of government - oriented university - industry cooperation is instructed based on the principle of science and efficiency, and the process of index weight calculation is given by FAHP. Practice shows that the patent value analysis system of government - oriented university - industry cooperation can satisfy the demand of university, which needs scientific and quick analysis on the value of mass patents in the process of universityindustry cooperation.
