摘要
进入新的发展阶段,经济结构调整和发展方式转变越来越依靠创新驱动。增强创新驱动发展新动力,已经成为解决中国经济发展深层次问题的根本举措。本文阐释了我国创新驱动发展面临的形势,分析了创新驱动发展的基本规律,提出了增强创新驱动发展新动力的十二条途径。
During a new stage of development,the adjustment of economic structure and the transformation of develop- ment mode depend more and more on innovation. Strengthening the innovation-driven power has become a fundamental measure to solve problems of the development of China＇s economy. This paper explains the urgent requirements on China＇s development based on innovation, analyses the basic laws of innovation-driven development, puts forward twelve ways for increasing the motivation for pursuing innovation-driven development.
