Research on Present Situation,Problems and Policy Recommendations on China's Technology Sourcing Foreign Direct Investment

近年来中国技术寻求型对外直接投资呈现了迅猛发展的趋势。在此背景下,介绍了技术寻求型对外投资的概念以及国内外相关研究情况,分析了开展此类投资对母国的意义、所需具备的条件以及中国技术寻求型海外投资的现状,指出中国此类投资起步较晚,尚处起步发展阶段,在企业自身积累、体制机制、国内支撑环境和国外安全审查等方面存在诸多问题,最后在市场环境、政府审核、财税政策、信息和金融服务等方面提出了针对性的政策建议。

Under the circumstance of China＇s fast growth in technology-sourcing overseas direct investment, this paper introduces the concept of technology-sourcing overseas direct investment and relevant studies conducted by domestic and overseas scholars, discusses significance and prerequisites for this type of investment of China, points put that this type of investment is still in a beginning stage due to its late start, and there are problems that hinder its development, such as enterprise capacity build-up, operation mechanism, domestic supporting environment, and host country＇s security check, puts forward policy suggestions for China＇s technology sourcing overseas direct investment in relevant aspects, in- cluding market environment, government approval, finance and tax policy, information and financing service.
