摘要
本文在分析高技术企业创新生态系统技术标准产业化过程特征的基础上,指出了不确定性、灵活性和不可逆性是影响价值评估的主要因素。根据实物期权方法原理,构建了技术标准价值评估模型。利用中国移动2009-2013年的相关数据,对我国TD-SCDMA技术标准价值进行了评估。研究结果表明,这一方法克服了传统价值评估方法存在的不足,降低了价值评估中不确定性的影响,量化了技术标准价值随时间变化的趋势,从而为技术标准开发商制定标准许可提供了依据,对促进标准成功设定与扩散,提升创新生态系统竞争力具有重要作用。
This paper analyses the characteristics of technology standard industrialization based on innovation ecosystem of hi - tech enterprises, and indicates that uncertainty, maneuverability and irreversibility are main factors affecting the value evaluation of technology standard. Then, an evaluation model of technology standard is constructed according to real option method theory. At the same time, this model is applied to value evaluation of TD - SCDMA through obtained data of China Mobile during the years from 2009 to 2013. The study results show that the evaluation method has advanta- ges over traditional methods since it can decrease the influence of uncertainty and quantify the changing trend of standard value which provide the basis of standard license pricing for technology standard developer. Therefore, this study has very important significance in promoting the success of technology standard development and enhancing the competition power of innovation ecosystem.
