摘要
利用来自建设工程企业的调查数据,分别用结构方程模型和层次回归分析对虚拟企业中社会资本对知识共享的影响,以及知识属性和共享手段对知识共享的调节效应进行了检验。研究结果结论表明:(1)信任、共享心智模式和期望报酬对虚拟企业知识共享意愿有直接的正向影响,网络中心性对对虚拟企业知识共享意愿的影响不明显。(2)知识缄默性对虚拟企业知识共享意愿与知识共享行为之间的关系具有负向的调节作用;信息技术对虚拟企业知识共享意愿与知识共享行为之间的关系具有正向的调节作用,但调节力度不强。
Applying data from construction project enterprises, this article conducts an empirical study on the effects of social capital on the knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise, as well as the moderating effects of knowledge type and knowledge sharing tools, using structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression. The resuhs show that : ( l ) Trust, common value and expected return play a positive role on the knowledge sharing will in virtual enterprise, but the role of network centrality is not obvious ; (2) Tacit knowledge has a negative moderating effect on the relation between knowledge sharing will and behavior in virtual enterprise, while information technology has a positive and smaller moderating effect
