摘要
为了研究煤矿应急救援能力,构建了煤矿应急救援能力评价指标体系,将改进的层次分析法、熵权法和模糊综合评判法相集成,建立了煤矿应急救援能力评价模型。该模型不仅在主观赋权的基础上反映并提高了评价结果的客观性,而且将一些边界不清、不易定量的因素定量化,保证了评价结果的准确性。通过实证分析,该模型的评价结果与煤矿应急救援能力现状较为接近,表明该模型有效可行。
The evaluation indicator system for coal mine emergency rescue capability is constructed, and the evaluation model is established based on improved AHP, entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in order to study its capability. Not only does the model reflect and improve objectivity of evaluation results on the basis of subjective weighting, but also makes unclear boundary and difficult quantifiable factors quantitative so as to ensure accuracy of eval- uation result. Through empirical analysis, evaluation result of the model is close to current situation of coal mine emergen- cy rescue capability,which shows that the model is effective and feasible.
