摘要 痹证是由于人体正气不足,风寒湿热等外邪袭入,闭阻经络,气血运行不畅所致的以肢体关节、肌肉、筋骨疼痛、酸楚、麻木、重着、肿胀、关节屈伸不利,甚至关节僵硬、畸形或累及脏腑等特征为主要表现的一类病证的总称。其病程漫长,迁延难愈,因此其防治倍受关注。祖国医学认为"药食同源",中医食疗作为祖国医学的分支,有着悠久的历史,在许多疾病治疗中都起到了明确的辅助治疗效果。痹证的食疗早在秦汉时期开始萌芽,在隋唐时期理论形成,在宋金元时期达到鼎盛,在明清时期得到补充发展。痹证食疗的理论和实践日趋完善,对痹证的防治有着重要的现实意义。 Bi syndrome,a general name of a kind of diseases and syndromes with the symptoms of ache, miserable sore, numbness,heaviness and swelling of limb joints, muscles, bones and muscles, adverse joint flexion, and even joint stiffness, de formity or involving the internal organs as the main performances,is caused by deficiency of body energy, cold and dampness evils incoming, obstruction of the channels and collaterals and the blood running sluggish. Because of long and refractory protracted process,the preventive treatment of the Bi syndrome has been widely noticed. Chinese medicine considers that medicine and food have the same origin and the dietary therapy, as a branch of TCM, has a long history and has got clear adjuvant therapy effects in the treatment of many diseases. Dietotherapy of Bi syndrome began to sprout as early as in the Qin dynasty, to form the theory during the Sui and Tang dynasties, to reach its peak during the Song Jin Yuan dynasties, to develop during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Theory and practice of the dietotherapy of Bi syndrome are tending to perfect, and the preventive treatment of the Bi syndrome has great realistic significance.
