Brief Introduction of Professor CHEN Ming's Experience of Using Erchen Decoction and Its Similar Prescriptions

目的:简要介绍陈明运用二陈汤及其类方的有效经验。方法:在广泛占有病历并总结归纳的基础上,采用"以经析理,以理列法,以法统证,以证举方"的阐述方法,简要介绍陈明教授运用二陈汤及其类方的有效经验,总结探讨二陈汤及其类方的临床应用价值。结果:临证运用二陈汤及其类方,除掌握它们的共同特点,并辨明其兼证情况外,还须掌握治痰各方所主病证之病因病机及证侯特点。惟其如此,方能做到师其法而不泥其方,从而取得较好的临床效果。结论:二陈汤及其类方用药精炼,配伍合理,疗效显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective：To introduce the experience of Professor CHEN Ming using Erchen Decoction and its similar prescrip tions. Methods ： Based on the summarization of numerous medical record, using the expatiate method of analysis on the disease mechanism by original classics and reciting the cure rules based on it, then using the cure rules to govern the illness syndromes and listing the prescriptions based on it, it briefly introduced Professor CHEN Ming＇s experience of using Erchen Decoction and its similar prescriptions,and summarized its clinical application value. Results ： In addition to the Erchen Decoction and its similar prescriptions＇comon characteristics and identification of their concurrent disease for clinical application, we should master the main symptom features of each phlegm disease treatment prescriptions and their etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome charac teristics were also needed. Only in this way, can learning its cure rules but not rigidly adhere to its prescriptions, so as to achieve better clinical results. Conclusion：Erchen Decoction and its similar prescriptions use herbs simply and correctly and have signifi cant effect, which have high value in clinical application.
