Experience of Professor SUN Lanjun in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

冠心病是内科常见多发病,在中医属"胸痹"、"心痛"等疾病,其发生多与寒邪内侵、饮食不当、情志失调、年老体虚等因素有关,病机总属本虚标实之证,本虚为阴阳气血的亏虚,标实为阴寒、痰浊、血瘀等为患,病位主要在心。孙兰军教授为国务院特贴专家,全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承指导老师,其擅长运用脏腑相互关系辨证,心病不独治心,具有一套完整的辨治理论体系与用药经验。文章主要从理论来源、病因病机、临床经验等几个方面介绍孙兰军教授治疗冠心病经验,以飨同道。

Coronary heart disease （CHD） is a common frequentlyoccurring disease in internal medicine. In the traditional Chinese medicine, it is called chest apoplexy ,cardialgia. It is usually caused by cold evil＇s invasion ,improper diet ,emotional dis turbance, deficiency due to age and so on. Pathogenesis is deficient root with overdo superficial. The deficient root is about qi and blood, and overdo superficial is about yin cold, phlegm, blood stasis, mainly locating in heart disease. Professor SUN Lanjun is expert and teacher of academic experience inheritance about the national famous old Chinese medicine experts under the state council. She is good at use of Zang Fu organs dialectical relationship. Thinking of heart but not heart only, she has completed a set of theoretical system and medicine experience. This thesis will introduce Professor SUN Lanjun＇s experience about coronary heart disease from source of theory, etiology and pathogenesis, clinical experience and so on.
