针药结合治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Acupuncture and Medicine Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:研究采用针刺方法结合口服自拟面瘫汤治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院针灸科门诊符合周围性面神经麻痹纳入标准的患者56例,将入选患者随机分成两组,针药组患者30例,针刺组患者26例,其中针药组采用毫针针刺结合自拟面瘫汤口服进行治疗,针刺组采用单纯毫针针刺治疗。每组患者连续治疗10天为1个疗程,两组患者分别连续治疗3个疗程后,采用疗效评定标准,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗结束后,经过疗效评价针药组的总有效率为96.7%,针刺组的总有效率为84.6%,两组患者治疗后症状评分比较,采用SPSS.V 16.0统计软件分析,有统计学意义(P<0.05),针药组明显优于针刺组,说明治疗后两组病例在改善周围性面神经麻痹症状方面存在显著的差异。结论:采用针刺结合口服自拟面瘫汤治疗周围性面神经麻痹,经过临床观察,疗效显著,明显优于单纯毫针针刺治疗。该方法对改善周围性面神经麻痹症状效果显著,治愈率高,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of peripheral fa cial paralysis. Methods ：56 peripheral facial paralysis patients in our hospital met the standard and were randomly divided into two groups：the acupuncture and medicine group 26 patients and the acupuncture group 30 patients. The acupuncture and medicine group were treated with acupuncture combined self made Miantan Decoction orally, and the acupuncture group used the simple acupuncture treatment. Each group was treated with a continuous treatment for 10 days as a course ,tor 3 courses. The efficacy e valuation criteria were used to compare the two groups＇outcomes. Results ：At the end of treatment,the total effective rate was 96. 7% in acupuncture and medicine group, and the total effective rate was 84.6% in acupuncture group. Symptom scores between the two groups of patients after treatment analyzed with SPSS. V16.0 statistical analysis software was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the acupuncture and medicine group was significandy better than the acupuncture group. The two groups had of signif icant differences on improving the symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis. Conclusion ： Acupuncture combined with Miantan Decoc tion of peripheral facial paralysis has a significant effect, and is significantly better than a simple acupuncture treatment. This method can significantly improve symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis, and the cure rate is high. It is worth to be widely used.
