摘要
目的:通过观察针刺结合病因心理行为干预、单纯病因心理行为干预对儿童睡惊症的疗效差异,为中西医结合治疗儿童睡眠障碍探索出一套有效的治疗方法。方法:将60例患儿按就诊顺序及家长的意愿分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组在常规进行病因心理行为干预的同时给以针刺治疗,针刺取百会、印堂、安眠、神门等穴,隔日1次,每周针刺3次,4周为1疗程,轻度患儿针刺1/2个疗程,中、重度患儿针刺1个疗程结束;对照组单纯给予病因心理行为干预;1个月后观察疗效,6个月后进行结果统计。结果:治疗组愈显率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其中,治疗组中重度患儿的愈显率和总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合病因心理行为干预对儿童睡惊症有很好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with cause psychological behavior intervention and simple cause psychological behavior intervention on children sleep terrors, and to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of childreng sleep disorders to explore a set of effective treatment methods. Methods :60 cases of parents and children in clinic were divided into treatment group and control group according to the will and the order,30 cases in each group. In routine treatment group, causes psychological behavior intervention and acupuncture therapy were used. The acupuncture points included Yintang, Anmian, Shenmen, etc,every 2 days, acupuncture 3 times a week, 4 weeks a period. The children with mild condition were treated for half a period, and the children with moderate and severe condition were treated for 1 period. Control group simply used cause psychological behavior intervention. 1 month after treatment,the effect was observed and 6 months after treatment, the statistical results were carried on. Results : The treatment group markedly effective rate was better than that of control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Among them, the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of children with moderate and severe condition in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Acupuncture combined with cause psychological behavior intervention on children sleep terrors has good clinical curative effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
