针刺配合重灸关元穴治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁31例

Acupuncture with Heavy Moxibustion at Guanyuan Acupoint in Treatment of Elderly Female Stress Urinary Incontinence of 31 Cases

目的:探讨针刺配合重灸关元穴治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取31例患者,毫针配合重灸其关元穴。结果:31例患者中,痊愈18例,显效7例,有效4例,无效2例,有效率93.54%。结论:针刺配合重灸关元穴治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁操作简单,疗效显著,易于临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the acupuncture with heavy moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women. Methods ：31 patients were treated with filiform needle acupuncture and moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint. Results ：31 patients were treated with filiform needle acupuncture and moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint. Conclusion：Acupuncture with heavy moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint in the treatment of elderly female stress inconti-nence after the operation, and the curative effect is distinct and easy to the clinical promotion.
