摘要
根据LED光源朗伯型发光特性和目标屏照明要求,通过采用混合田口基因算法(Hybrid taguchi-genetic algorithm,HTGA)对全内反射(total internal reflection,TIR)透镜的结构参数进行优选和调整,以期获得最佳参数组合。利用TracePro软件对整体系统进行光线追迹仿真,仿真结果表明在考虑系统光学扩展量受限情况时,圆形目标屏上获得光能利用率为42.5%的照明效果。HTGA算法在整个优化过程中充分利用田口方法的参数设计特性,提高传统基因算法的优越性,加快了以光能利用率为目标的TIR透镜优化设计过程。
According to the Lambertian light emission pattern of LED and the illumination demand of target screen, Hybrid tagu- chi-genetic algorithm is adopted to choose and adjust the structural parameters of TIR lens so as to get the best combination of parameters. TracePro is applied for ray tracing simulation of entire system. Results show that the light efficiency can reach 42.5 % on the round target surface by considering etendue limit. HTGA algorithms, along with parameter design features of the Taguchi method during the entire optimization process, can improve the performance of the traditional GA algorithm and speed up the TIR lens optimization process aiming at the light efficiency.
