摘要
采用阳离子醚化预处理结合机械均质化的方法制备一种表面带有正电基团的阳离子型微纤化纤维素(CaMFC)。其制备工艺为:碱化温度30℃,时间45 min,醚化温度50℃,时间2.5 h,醚化剂用量与纤维素葡萄糖单元摩尔数之比为0.8,用碱量为醚化剂用量的2倍。将制得的Ca-MFC用于改善高得率浆的性能实验表明Ca-MFC能显著改善BCTMP的强度性能,添加2.5%表面电荷密度为711μeq·g-1的Ca-MFC,BCTMP成纸抗张指数能提高52.7%;与PFI打浆相比,加填Ca-MFC能在显著提高纸张强度的条件下,几乎不影响纸张的紧度,可作为高得率浆的优良增强剂。
Cationic microfibrillated cellulose was prepared by a combination of cationic pretreatment and homogenization under the following preparation conditions: the alkalization temperature 30℃, the alkalization time 45 min, the etherification temperature 50℃, the time for etherification 2.5 h, the dosage of CHPTAC and anhydroglucose units in cellulose molar ratio of 0.8, the molar alkali to CHPTAC ratio of 2.0.The paper strengthening study demonstrates that the addition of Ca-MFC has a positive effect on strength properties of BCTMP and causing a to 52.7% increase in tensile index just at 2.5% dosage. Compared with traditional beating, the use of Ca-MFC can significantly improve strength properties of BCTMP without sacrificing its density.
