基于可拓多层次状态分类的终端区利用率评价 被引量:12

摘要 建立了空间、时间、容量3个维度多层次机场终端区利用率评价指标体系,采用可拓层次分析法与状态分类评价法相结合的综合评价方法,对终端区评价日利用率等级进行评判。该方法实现了定性与定量方法的有效结合,能准确、全面评价机场终端区的利用率等级,对促进空域充分合理使用及提高空域管理水平具有重要指导意义。以杭州机场终端区为例,确定了单跑道机场利用率的阈值分布,结果表明该终端区利用率等级为良,实例验证了该方法的可行性。 The extension multi-level airport terminal area utilization rate evaluation index system is estab-lished from three dimensions (space, time and capacity). The comprehensive evaluation method combining the extension analytic hierarchy process and the state classification evaluation is used to judge the level of the airport terminal area daily utilization rate. The method achieves the effective combination from both qualita-tive and quantitative methods, which can evaluate the level of utilization of the airport terminal area accurate-ly and comprehensively. Moreover, the proposed method has important guidance significance for promoting the rational use of airspace and improving the level of airspace management. Taking the Hangzhou terminal area for example, identifying the distribution of single-runway airport utilization threshold. The results indi-cate that the terminal area utilization level is good and the example demonstrates the feasibility of the pro-posed method.
