mPEG-BTC体外修饰红细胞抗原解决疑难交叉配血的初步研究分析

摘要 目的:探究甲氧基聚乙二醇-苯丙三唑(mPEG-BTC)体外修饰红细胞抗原解决疑难交叉配血的作用。方法:分别用mPEG-BTC修饰12例健康献血者的红细胞和14例疑难交叉配血标本红细胞,观察mPEG-BTC对健康献血者的红细胞血型抗原的遮蔽作用,比较mPEG-BTC修饰前后健康献血者红细胞与疑难交叉配血标本的配血结果,并与临床配血结果比较。结果:mPEG-BTC完全遮蔽健康献血者的红细胞的血型抗原,修饰后的红细胞与疑难交叉配血标本未出现凝集反应,疑难交叉配血标本与mPEG-BTC修饰后红细胞交叉配血相合率高于临床配血情况(P<0.05)。结论:mPEG-BTC体外修饰红细胞抗原能有效解决疑难交叉配血的问题,值得推广。 Objective: To explore the methoxy polyethylene glycol - benzotriazole ( mPEG - BTC) erythrocyte antigens in vitro modifi- cation troubleshoot crossmatch role. Methods: The modified with mPEG- BTC 12 healthy blood donors and 14 cases of red blood cells cross matching blood samples erythrocyte difficult to observe mPEG - BTC for healthy donors erythrocyte blood group antigen masking effect, compared mPEG - BTC healthy blood donors before and after modification red blood cells and difficult cross matching blood sam- ples with blood results and comparison with clinical results with blood. Results : mPEG - BTC fully shielded healthy donors erythrocyte blood group antigens, modified erythrocytes and difficult cross matching blood samples did not appear agglutination, difficult cross - matc- hing of blood samples modified with mPEG - BTC red blood cross matching consistency was higher than clinical cases with blood( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion : mPEG - BTC vitro modified red blood cell antigens could effectively solve the difficult problem of cross - matching of blood, worthy of promotion.
