摘要
目的:了解患者对医院护理服务的满意度情况,有针对性的解决存在的问题。方法:通过调查问卷及电话随访等方式。结果:对护理人员能力的满意度介于一般与较好之间。结论:患者对护理服务满意度一般,医院应从实际情况出发,加强与患者家属沟通、保证就医环境、重视病患护理、缩短患者住院日数及节省住院费用等方面加以改进。
Objective : TO Understand the satisfaction degree with the nursing service, the existence of the problem. Methods: Through the questionnaire and telephone follow - up etc. Results : The ability of nursing staff satisfaction was between general and better. Conclu- sion:Patient satisfaction with nursing care in general, starting from the actual situation of the hospital, strengthen communication, and family members of patients to ensure medical environment, pay attention to patient care, shorten the days of hospitalization expenses and save the patients to be improved.
