临床医学专业学位硕士研究生临床能力的培养是我国医学人才培养的一个较高的层次,其规模和质量是我国医学教育发达程度和相关学科发展水平的重要标志。本文从"三基三严"岗前培训、加强轮科织与管理、建立健全考核体系、加强临床实践的模拟培训基地建设4个方面加强临床医学专业学位硕士研究生临床能力的培养。

The cultivation of clinical ability of postgraduate degree in clinical medicine is a medical personnel training in the higher lev- els ,the scale and the quality is an important symbol of development level of medical education in our country and the level of development of relevant disciplines. This article from the ＂three strict＂ pre job training, to strengthen the department organization and management, es- tablish and perfect the evaluation system, strengthen the clinical practice trainingbase construction in four aspects to strengthen the clinical medicalpostgraduate clinical training.
