慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/骨盆疼痛综合征52例诊治体会

摘要 目的:探讨坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/骨盆疼痛综合征的效果。方法:选择2010年2月~2012年12月我院收治的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/骨盆疼痛综合征患者52例,都采用口服坦索罗辛治疗。结果:本组患者治疗后的总有效率为96.2%。治疗后患者的最大尿流率明显增加,残余尿量明显减少,与治疗前对比差异明显(P〈0.05)。而治疗后3个月与治疗后6个月的差异对比无明显统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:坦索罗辛治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/骨盆疼痛综合征有比较好的疗效,对排尿症状的改善有很好的作用。
