66株亚胺培南耐药鲍曼不动杆菌对多粘菌素B体外敏感性观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解临床分离亚胺培南耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌(IRAB)对多粘菌素B的体外敏感情况,为临床抗菌治疗提供参考。方法:对2008年9月-2011年1月临床标本中分离的66株IRAB进行药敏测试。结果:IRAB对多粘菌素B全部敏感,对其余的11种抗菌药物全部耐药的占69.7%,呈现出多重耐药。结论:多粘菌素B是临床对IRAB治疗的最后选择。
