摘要急性乳腺炎是乳房的急性化脓性感染，好发于产后哺乳的妇女，尤以3～4周的初产妇多见。致病菌多为金黄色葡萄球菌。乳汁淤积有利于细菌生长繁殖，是引起急性乳腺炎的主要原闪。乳头发育不良（如乳头过小或凹陷）、
