氦氖激光血管内照射治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

Clinical study of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on background diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨低能量氦氖激光血管内照射疗法（ＩＬＩＢ）治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变（ＤＲ）的临床价值。方法用ＩＬＩＢ治疗单纯型ＤＲ 患者３８例，设对照组３２ 例不用ＩＬＩＢ。共治疗３个疗程，每个疗程１０天，疗程间隔１０天。观察治疗前后的血液流变学和眼底变化。结果与对照组相比，治疗组的显效率（１３．１６％）和总有效率（５７．８９％）均显著高于对照组（分别为０％， Ｐ＜０． ０５，９． ４％ Ｐ ＜０． ０１），治疗前后血流变学指标较治疗前明显下降（Ｐ ＜０． ０１）。结论ＩＬＩＢ能明显降低ＤＲ患者的血液粘度，改善和稳定其眼底病变。

Objective To explore the clinical values of the treatment of background diabetic retinopathy by He -Ne laser intravascular irradiation. Methods Changes of hemorrheology and ocular fundus in the patients with background diabetic retinopathy had been randomly assigned to receive either ILIB (38 cases,treatment group) or no ILIB. (32 cases control group) were reported. The duration of one course was ten days and all the patients were treated for 3 courses. Results Compared with the control group,the notable effective rate(13. 16% ) and the total effective rate (57. 89 % ) of the therapeutic group are higher significantly than those of the control group. (0%, P <0. 05; 9. 4% , P <0. 01 respectively),while the hemorrheologic values were respectively decreased. Conclusion ILIB can reduce blood viscosity and improve the fundus changes.
