毛泽东在《关于领导方法的若干问题》一文中要求党员干部在领导方法上要做到坚持一般和个别相结合、领导与群众相结合,坚持从群众中来到群众中去,反对主观主义、官僚主义,并提出了具体的做法。结合当前党群关系现状及正在开展的群众路线教育实践活动,灵活运用毛泽东提出的领导方法,有利于找准密切联系群众的切入点、反对"四风",有利于正确开展调查研究,统筹群众工作中的各项问题,保障教育实践活动取得实效。

In the article ＂Some Problems of the Methods of Leadership＂ written by Mao Zedong concerning methods of leadership, it demanded leaders to adhere to the combination of the general and individual, the leaders and the masses, persist in party＇s mass line, object subjeetivism and bureaucracy, and he put forward some concrete measures. Combined with the current situation and the activities of practice and education of party＇ s mass line, we must use the methods of leadership put forward by Mao Zedong flexibly, and it＇s better to identify the close ties with the masses, to object ＂Four Wind＂, to carry out investigation and study, to overall plan the problems in the work of the masses, which will ensure the practice effectively.
