摘要
本试验从同一养殖场选择发育正常、健康的1d、7d、14d、21d、28d、35d和42d的仔银狐各4只(公、母各半),通过测量银狐十二指肠、空肠和回肠的肠绒毛高度、宽度、密度,观察不同日龄各段小肠的肠绒毛发育。结果表明:1~21日龄仔银狐各段小肠的肠绒毛高度随着日龄增加呈增加趋势,而小肠绒毛宽度没有明显的变化;28日龄以后小肠的绒毛长度和宽度均有显著的增长;42日龄时达到最高值。仔银狐十二指肠绒毛密度随着日龄的增加而降低,空肠和回肠绒毛密度则在14日龄达到最大,然后随日龄增加而减少。
The experiment was conducted to study the villus development of duodenum, jejunum and ileum of silver foxes. Four silver foxes( 2 male,2 female) were chosen at 1,7,14,21,28,35 or 42 day- old, respectively, and the height, width and density of their intestinal villi were measured. The results showed that during the 1 to 21 day- old,the height of intestinal villi increased linearly,but there were no differences in the width of the villi among different ages.After 28 days of age,the height and width of intestinal villi increased significantly and reached the highest value at 42 day - old. The density of duodenal villi decreased as the age increased, however, those of jejunal and ileal villi increased during 1 to 14 days of age and decreased later.
