摘要
以健康饱满成熟的三七种子为外植体,接种到不同处理的培养基上,诱导实生苗。结果表明,剥除三七种皮,用70%的乙醇浸泡1min,再用0.1%升汞消毒灭菌10min,无菌水冲洗4~5次,接种到MS+2,4-D(1.0mg/L)+KT(0.5mg/L)+GA3(40mg/L)+蔗糖(30g/L)+琼脂粉(7g/L)的培养基(pH5.8)中,根、茎、叶生长表现良好,从而初步建立了三七实生苗组培体系。
Plantlet of Panax notog/nseng induced from health full mature seeds which were inoculated on the different medium for establishment of tissue culture system and induction of seedling. The results showed that peeling seeds which were quick dip in 0.1% mercuric chloride for 10 minutes after sterilization in 70% alcohol for 1 minute were incubated in Petri dishes containing MS medium with 1.0mg/L 2,4 - D,0.5mg/L KT,40mg/L GA3,30g/L sucrose and 7.0g/L gelrite under pH 5.8.And the seedling of notoginseng were growing well.A preliminary efficient system for inducing seedling in Panax notoginseng was established.
