摘要
产业结构的合理化和高级化可使稀缺的要素和资源得到合理配置,产业间的要素流动能够避免经济发展过程中出现大量短缺和过剩,提高经济发展质量和效率。改革开放以来,中国经济快速增长的一个主要原因就是产业结构演变产生的结构效应以及要素重置效率的提高。随着中国产业结构合理化程度的提高,产业结构变迁的结构效应和要素重置效率对经济增长的贡献率呈现递减趋势。通过深化经济体制改革、推进要素市场化改革以及提高创新驱动能力,未来产业结构的合理化和高级化依然能够为中国经济持续健康发展提供很大空间。
The rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure can ensure the rational allocation of scarce resources and elements, and factor flow in the different industries can avoid a lot of shortages and surpluses in the course of eco- nomic development, at the same time, factor flow will improve the quality and efficiency of economic development. Since the reform and open, the rapid growth of China＇s economy thanks much to the improvement of structure effect and factors reset efficiency, which comes to industrial structure change. With the increase of industrial structure rationalization degree, structure effect and factors reset efficiency will make more and more small contribution ratio to the economic growth. If we can deepen the reform of economic system, push on marketization reform of elements, and improve the innovation drive ability, the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure may still provide larger space for the sustainable and healthy development of China＇s economy in the future.
