摘要
产业链升级就是高效整合整条产业链上的各个环节,实现资源优化配置和效益最高的目标。在界定了汽车产业链的各个环节基础上,构建了汽车产业链升级能力测评指标体系,并通过考查中国2005—2011年这一时期汽车产业技术升级能力、生产制造能力、市场盈利能力和产业配套能力四个方面的数据,运用灰色聚类分析法对中国汽车产业链的升级能力进行测评,根据测评的结果,提出了中国汽车产业链升级的对策建议。
Industrial chain upgrading means to integrate the various links of the whole industry chain efficiently so as to optimize the allocation of resources and achieve maximum benefit. Based on the demarcation of each link on the automobile industry chain, an index system is established to evaluate the upgrading capability of automobile indus- try chain. Also this paper has studied the detailed data of the automobile industry in China from 2005 to 2011 from four perspectives: technological upgrading ability, production capacity, market profitability and industrial support- ing ability. After that, gray clustering method is used to assess the upgrading ability of Chinese automobile indus- try. Finally, according to the result of evaluation, this paper put forward some effective suggestions on the upgra- ding of Chinese automobile industry chain.
