摘要
经过生产岗位实践摸索,找出了升华法无水三氯化铝生产控制结晶颗粒度的大致规律,当捕集器顶部温度比中部高~25℃,通氯体积流量春夏季控制在13~15 m3/h、控制在秋冬季16~18 m3/h,尾气真空度控制在-49^-88 Pa时,产品结晶料收率稳定保持在70%以上,可满足结晶料用户的需求。
The general rules of crystal granularity control in anhydrous aluminum chloride production by sublimation method were found through production practice. When the temperature in top trap was higher than in central trap to ~25 ℃, chlorine volume flow was controlled to 13~15 m3/h in spring and summer, 16~18 m3/h in autumn and winter, the exhaust vacuum was controlled to-49^-88 Pa, the crystallization product yield steady above 70%, and could meet the demand of crystalline materials user.
