以无纸记录仪改造二氟尼柳氧化反应温度控制

摘要 分析了二氟尼柳生产氧化反应双氧水滴加过程中的温度控制不佳的原因及危害,采用无纸记录仪对原温度控制装置进行改造,通过新增小口径单座调节阀与O型切断球阀分别控制双氧水的滴加与夹套冷却水的通断以反应温度为控制对象对双氧水的滴加进行精确控制。实施后,提高了氧化收率和酯含量,同时提高了工作效率,增加了安全性。 Analyzed the cause and damage of poor temperature control in the hydrogen peroxide dropwise adding process during diflunisal production oxidation reaction, used paperless recorder to modify the original temperature control device, with the addition of small-caliber single-seat regulating valve and O type cut-off ball valve to control the hydrogen peroxide dropwise adding and cooling water on-off in jacket, accuracy control of hydrogen peroxide dropwise adding using the reaction temperature as the object. The oxidation yield and ester content were increased after implementation, and at the same time the working efficiency was improved, the security was increased.
