武汉市某医院感染性疾病科住院患者对陪护需求及传染病风险认知状况调查 被引量:7

摘要 目的:了解患者对陪护需求和感染风险认知状况,初步提出有针对性的减少陪护的措施。方法:采用随机抽样法对武汉市某医院感染性疾病科2012年5、6、7三个月住院患者300人进行"陪护需求状况、感染风险认知状况"的问卷调查。结果:不同年龄、职业、学历、医疗保障方式的患者对陪护的需求都较高,对常见传染病的风险认知程度较低。结论:感染性疾病科住院患者对陪护的需求高,对传染病风险认知程度低是增加陪护感染的危险因素,必须进行有效的干预;满足患者的需求是减少陪护的基础;转变患者及家属的陪护观念是减少陪护的前提;加大健康教育的力度,提高患者对陪护及传染病的风险认知是减少陪护的保障。 Objective: To investigate the demands of accompany nursing and the risk perception status of patients with infectious disease, and propose targeted measures to reduce the escort. Methods: Questionnaires on demands of accompany nursing and statuses of risk perception were performed in 300 hospitalized patients randomly selected from the Department of Infectious Disease in a hospital from May to July in 2012. Results: The demands of accompany nursing were in a high level in patients though they were in different ages, occupations, qualifications and sources of medical insurance. However, the risk perceptions were poor in all kinds of patients with infectious disease. Conclusion: Current low levels of demands of accompany nursing of inpatients with infectious disease were the risk factors of infectious in accompany nursing. It is the in- creasing managements of accompany nursing is imminent. To meet the demands of patients is a basis of reducing accompanies nursing. Changes of idea on accompany nursing of patients and their families are premises to reduce accompany nursing. It is necessary to strengthen the health educa- tion of patients and increase the comprehension of risk of infectious diseases, which is a safeguard to reduce accompany nursing.
