江苏省区域卫生资源配置状况与公平性分析

Study on the Status and Equity of Health Resource Allocation in Jiangsu

目的:分析江苏省区域卫生资源配置状况及其公平性,为卫生行政部门配置卫生资源提供参考。方法:运用描述性方法对江苏省区域的主要卫生资源进行分析,并利用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数评价卫生资源配置的公平性。结果:2011年江苏省区域按人口分布的基尼系数介于0.005-0.07之间,地理分布的基尼系数介于0.05-0.17之间。结论:江苏省区域医疗卫生资源配置比较平均,卫生资源按人口分布的公平性优于地理公平性,床位分布优于卫生人力资源分布的公平性。

Objective ： To analyze the status and equity of health resource allocation in Jiangsu province and provide some scientific bases for health administrative sectors to allocate the health resources. Methods： Descriptive analyses were performed for data collection, and the equity of health resources distribution was assessed by Lorenz Curve and Gini coefficient. Results： In 2011, the Gini coefficient was during 0. 005 to 0.07 in population, and it was during 0.05 to 0.17 in geography. Conclusion： The equity of the configuration of medical resom＇ce in Jiangsu province was located in perfect or normal status. The equity of the configuration of medical resource was better in population than geography, and the config- uration of hospital beds is better than health human resources.
