摘要
目的:了解广州市某医院科研成果产出的内在规律,探讨提高科研水平的改进策略。方法:采用文献回顾分析法和描述性统计分析法,对该院1996-2012年科研获奖成果的数量与层次进行统计分析,着重分析主要负责人的职称、学历、年龄、学科等因素对科研成果产出的影响。结果:在医院管理体制转变后,该院的科研成果在数量和水平上均有下降趋势,但仍保持很强科研实力。结论:通过转变科研观念,建立科研课题的全程化跟踪管理制度及科研绩效评价与奖励机制等措施以全面提升该院科研水平。
Objective : To understand the inherent laws of scientific research output of a hospital in Guangzhou, and discuss the improvement strategies to improve the scientific level. Methods: Use a review of the literature analysis and descriptive statistical analysis method for the num- ber and level of the hospital 1996 -2012 research awards; mainly analyze the influence of mainly responsible for the title, education, age, disci- pline and other factors on the scientific research output. Results: After the change of management system, scientific research has a downward trend in the number and level, but the hospital still maintain a strong strength in scientific research. Conclusion: Change the scientific concept, set up the whole scientific research topic tracking management system and the evaluation and incentive mechanism of scientific research perform- ance to improve the scientific research level.
