不同基因型西葫芦感病毒病前后几种酶活性的变化 被引量:7

摘要 对不同基因型的18份西葫芦材料进行田间抗病毒病鉴定。结果显示,3份西葫芦材料表现为免疫、2份表现为抗病、2份表现为中抗、3份表现为中感、3份表现为感病和5份表现为高感。选不同抗性水平的6份西葫芦材料进行感病前后POD,PPO,PAL活性的测定,并对不同材料间各酶活性相对值进行多重比较。结果表明,3种酶活性在感病后均较感病前有所升高,其中,POD,PPO活性相对值在各材料之间不存在显著性差异,PAL活性相对值在不同抗病材料间存在显著性差异。PAL活性相对值可作为筛选西葫芦抗病毒病材料的生化指标之一。 18 different genotype Cucurbita p epo were identified on their resistance to virus disease in the field. The result showed that 3 Cucurbita pepo were immune, 2 were resistant, 2 were mid-resistant, 3 were mid-infection, 3 were infectious and 5 were high-in- fectious. The POD, PPO and PAL activity, were tested for 6 Cucurbita pepo which have different resistance levels to virus disease, and the relative activity of each enzyme was compared in different genotype Cucurbita pepo. The results suggested that the activity of three en- zymes were increased after invaded by virus disease. POD and PPO relative activities have not marked difference among each materials, but PAL relative activity of different materials has marked difference. So, PAL activity could be used as one of the indexes of resistance indentification of Cucurbita pepo to virus disease.
