选择20日龄“杜长大”杂交断奶仔猪60头,按照体质量相近、性别比例一致的原则分为4个组,试验期为30d。研究结果表明,饲喂pH值分别为3.0,4.0,5.0的酸化日粮2,3和4组的末质量和平均13增质量显著高于对照1组(P〈0.05),且与对照组相比,使用醋酸处理日粮后断奶仔猪的平均日增质量(2,3,4组)分别提高了22.22%,30.41%,16.08%(P〈0.05);2,3,4组的发病率和死亡率显著低于对照1组(P〈0.05),且与对照组相比,使用醋酸处理日粮后断奶仔猪的发病率(2,3,4组)分别降低了300.00%,699.55%,166.65%(P〈0.05)。说明使用醋酸处理断奶仔猪日粮,将pH值调为3.0~4.0时,对提高日增质量和健康状况具有良好的效果。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of acidized ration with acetic acid on performance and healthy status in weaned piglets. Sixty Duroc x Youkshire x Landrace crossbred 20-day-old weaned pigs were randomly allotted to 4 groups. The results showed as follow: The final weight and average daily gain of group 2, 3 and 4, fed with acidized ration of pH 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0, were significantly higher than contral group 1 (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, average daily gain of piglets fed aeidized ration with acetic acid in group 2, 3 and 4 was increased by 22.22%, 30.41% and 16.08%(P 〈 0.05 ), respectively; morbility and mortality of group 2, 3 and 4 were significantly lower than group 1 (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, morbility of piglets fed aeidized ration with acetic acid was decreased by 300.00%, 699.55% and 166.65%(P 〈 0.05 ), respectively. The ~suits suggested that acidized ration with acetic acid (pH 3.0-4.0) had a beneficial effect to weight gain and healthy status.
