山西省农产品冷链物流需求推动力及发展策略

Demand Impetus and Developmental Strategy for Cold-chain Logistics of Agricultural Products in Shanxi

在阐述山西经济发展以及农产品生产现状的基础上,从冷链物流需求推动力研究入手,针对山西省农产品冷链物流发展存在的冷链流通体系不完善、农产品加工比例低、冷链物流企业培育乏力、专业人才缺乏等问题,提出了构建冷链安全追溯系统、加大农产品加工比例、创新专业人才培养模式、利用政策优势促进冷链物流企业发展的相应对策和建议。

Based on the analysis of Shanxi economic development and present situation of agricultural production, this paper stud- ies the demand impetus for cold chain logistics and aims at the existing problems of cold-chain logistics development of agricultural products in Shanxi, like imperfect cold-chain circulation system, low proportion of agricultural product process, weak development power of cold-chain logistics enterprises, shortage of professional talents, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions as con- struction of cold-chain safety traceability system, increase the proportion of agricultural products process, innovation for professional tal- ents training mode and promotion for the development of cold-chain logistics enterprises under the advantage of policies.
