腔内隔绝术治疗Standford B型主动脉夹层23例围术期护理

Perioperative nursing experience of patients with aortic dissection who have accepted endovascular stent- graft exclusion with 23 cases

目的：探讨腔内隔绝术治疗Standford B型主动脉夹层的围术期护理体会.方法：回顾分析2010年10月~2013年4月共23例Standford B型主动脉夹层行腔内隔绝术的围术期护理.结果：23例均成功植入主动脉覆膜支架,全部痊愈出院,无护理相关并发症的发生.结论：腔内隔绝术创伤小,适应范围广,加强围术期护理,可促使手术成功实施.

Objective To summarize the experlenee of the perioperafive nursing for 23cases with endovaseular stem - graft exclusion （EVGE） in Standford B aortie dissection. Method Perioperative nursing of 23 eases with EVGE were analyzed retrospectively from October 2010 to April 2013. Results 23 eases succeeded in impletating the aortic coated stents,diseharged from recovery,had no nursing relevant complication. Conclusion EVGE is a minimally invasive surgery ,earefuUy perlopemtive nursing can guarantee the successful operation.
