实施非惩罚性护理不良事件上报的影响

目的:提高护理质量,保证护理安全。方法:根据护理不良事件发生的类别、范围,按照护理不良事件报告程序进行上报(网报、书面报告、电话报告),实施非惩罚性护理不良事件上报,并对患者满意度进行问卷调查,分析差异性。结果:实施非惩罚性护理不良事件上报的患者、护理差错发生率及患者满意度与实施前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非惩罚性护理不良事件报告,提高了护理质量和患者满意度,保证了护理安全。

Objective To improve the quality of care and to ensure the care and safety. Method Based on the category, range of care adverse events, according to the nursing Adverse Event Reporting program reported （network reports, written reports, telephone reports）, we implemented a non - punitive care adverse events reported, and patient satisfaction survey, analysis of the differences sex. Results the non - punitive care adverse events reported by patients, the incidence of nursing errors and patient satisfaction with the implementation, the difference was statistically significant than before （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Non - punitive care adverse events reports can improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction,and can ensure the care and safety.
