摘要
按照选材、微米加工、揉丝、胶合、模压、干燥、炭化和后期处理等工序制备结构参数不同的炭化微米木纤维(CMWF,Carbonized Micron Wood Fiber)过滤体,设计并搭建CMWF DPF过滤体性能实验台,依照在用标准GB3847-2005相关规定对特定结构参数的滤芯进行过滤效率和进气阻力的检测实验.实验表明:当过滤体长度在0.16~0.20m之间,填充率在0.26 ~0.29范围内,木纤维等效半径在35~40μm之间时,CMWF的过滤效率和排气背压最佳.
CMWF (Carbonized Micron Wood Fiber) filters with different structural parameters were prepared based on material selection, micron process, rubbing, conglutinating, molding, drying, carbonizing and post-processing. According to some relevant provisions of the GB3847 -2005, the test bench of the CMWF DPF filter performance was designed and built to testify the CMWF filter with certain structural parameters about the filtration efficiency and exhaust back pressure. Experimental results showed that CMWF filter had the best value of the filtration efficiency and exhaust back pressure while the length of it was 0. 16 to 0. 20m, the filling rate ranged from O. 26 to O. 29 and the equivalent radius was round 35 to 40μm.
