我国建筑业可持续发展研究综述

The Research on the Sustainable Development of China's Construction Industry

建筑业在拉动国民经济增长、带动相关产业发展的同时,产生了日益突出的建筑能耗与环境问题,严重制约着我国可持续发展进程。本文从发展模式、评价指标体系构建、评价方法和应对策略4个方面对近年来建筑业可持续发展的研究进行总结,并分析当前研究中的不足,最后提出未来研究中应该重视的几个问题。

The construction industry pulls the national economic growth and promotes the development of the related industries. Meanwhile, the energy consumption and environment problems associated with the industry also restricted China＇s sustainable development seriously. This paper summaries the study on the sustainable development of the construction industry from the following four aspects： the development model, the evaluation index system, the evaluation methods, as well as the corresponding strategies. The shortages in the current research are analyzed and some aspects are put forward for future＇s study.
