氮钾配施对芝麻菜产量形成的影响

摘要 为了指导芝麻菜合理施肥,从而生产高产优质的芝麻菜,以芝麻菜为试验材料,采用基质栽培方法,通过测定叶绿素含量、根系活力、单株地上部和地下部鲜重,研究了不同氮钾配施对芝麻菜产量形成的影响。结果表明:氮素和钾素施用量都较高的处理,即N3K3、N3K4、N4K3与N4K4(N3:7.5mmol·L-1、N4:10mmol·L-1;K3:4.5mmol·L-1、K4:6mmol·L-1),叶绿素含量较高,根系活力较强,植株地上部与地下部鲜重积累较多,单株产量较高,确定其为最适合的氮钾配施比例。 In order to guide the rational fertilization and to produce Eruca sativa Mill with high yield and quality, taking Eruca sativa Mill as experimental material, substrate culture was adopted to study the effects of differ- ent combined application of nitrogen and potassium levels on the yield formation, chlorophyll content, root ac- tivity, fresh weight of aerial and underground part. fresh and dry weight of single plant were measured. The re- sults showed that the yield of single plant was higher,chlorophyll content was higher, root activity was stron- ger, fresh weight was more when the combined application of higher N and higher K which were N3 K3, N3 K4, N4 K3 and N K4 ( N3 : 7.5 mmol L-1, N4 : 10 mmol L-1, K3 : 4. 5 mmol. L-1, K4 : 6 mmol- L-1 ), that were deter- mined to be the most suitable combined application ratios.
