河南省结核病死亡监测结果分析

AN ANALYSIS OF TUBERCULOSIS DEATH SURVEILLANCE RESULT IN HENAN PROVINCE.

目的 :了解河南省结核病监测区结核病死亡情况及其发展趋势。方法 :采用死亡率、 YPL L (潜在寿命损失年数 )率对河南省结核病监测区 1992～ 1998年结核病死亡情况进行分析。结果 :7年间监测区因结核病死亡 6 83人 ,其中因肺结核病死亡占 90 .19% ;因结核病造成的 YPL L为 6 5 5 2人年 ,其中因肺结核病造成的 YPL L占 86 .17% ;平均每例结核病人、肺结核病人死亡造成的 YPL L分别为 9.6人年和 9.2人年。 1995～ 1998年肺结核病年龄标化死亡率年平均递增 17.88% ,肺结核病造成的年龄标化 YPL L率年平均递增 13.5 7%。结论 :近年来 ,河南省结核病监测区结核病导致死亡的卫生问题逐年加重 ,此现象应引起重视及进一步研究。

Objective:To study the situation and the trend of tuberculosis(TB) in the surveillance area of Henan Province.Method:YPLL and mortality rates were used to analyze the results of TB death surveillance in Henan from 1992~1998.Results:In the surveillance area,683 persons died of TB and 90 19% of them died of pulmonary tuberculosis during seven years;YPLL caused by TB were 6552 man years and 86 17% of them died of pulmonary TB.From 1995 to 1998,the age standardized mortality rate and the age standardized YPLL rate of pulmonary TB were increasing annually by 17 88% and 13 57%,respectively.Conclusion:In recent years,the health problem of TB death is more and more severe,and this trend should be paid close attention to and a study on it should be done in depth.
