杭州市1000名老干部血尿酸水平调查

AN ANALYSES OF SERUM URIC ACID LEVELS OF 1000 VETERAN CADRES IN HANGZHOU.

本文将 10 0 0名健康老干部 (6 0岁以上 )的血尿酸 (SUA)水平按不同年龄与性别作统计分析 ,并与 2 72名健康中青年人 (6 0岁以下 )作对照 ,发现 :1)老年组的高尿酸血症的发生率较高 ,是对照组的 3倍 ;2 ) 70～年龄组的 SU A较其他年龄组明显高 ,老年组各年龄段的男性 SUA较女性高。同时检测血甘油三酯 TG、胆固醇 TC发现高尿酸血症伴高脂血症的发生率在老年组和对照组中均较高 ,分别为 78.0 4%和 85 .71%。

To investigate the serum uric acid(SUA) levels of 1000 veteran cadres over 60 years and 272 cases of controls under 60 years,the results showed that the hyperuricemia incidence of the elder group is three times higher than that of the control( P< 0 01).70～79 years group is remarkably higher than others;the SUA in male is higher than in female.Meanwhiles we measured the values of blood serum TC,TG,the results is hyperuricemia with hyperlipidemia incidence is high both in elder and control group,the incidence rates were 78 04%,85 71% respectively.It is very important for the elders to prevent and care for the complication.
