摘要
通过轴承工作状态下热膨胀的受力分析,阐述了轴承负游隙时热膨胀附加载荷发生的机理,及该热载荷作用下ζ指数接触形式对轴承寿命、极限转速以及刚度等所带来的影响,并以此为基础分析了差载轴承相对传统轴承所具有的高温工作特性与较高的承载性能。
Through the analysis of thermal expansion stress of bearings under operating condition,the mechanism resulting in thermal load the influences of the ζ index-contact state on the life,limit speed,and stiffness of bearings while the bearing system being under the thermal load is expounded. Based on this,the high temperature operating characteristics and load capacity of the differential-ring bearings are deeply analyzed comparing with the traditional bearings.
