摘要
分析了转盘轴承小曲率半径沟道(R<10 mm)中频感应淬火中各常用仿形感应器存在的弊端,在R形感应器的基础上,优化设计了一种新感应器,其具有传统R,J形感应器的优点,采用此感应器进行沟道淬火,便于观察和实时调整,沟道加热区域受热均匀,沟道淬火合格率达99%以上。
The disadvantages of conventional copying inductors are analyzed during medium frequency induction hardening for slewing bearing raceways with small curvature radius (R10 mm). An inductor structure is optimized and designed based on the R- shaped inductor,having advantages of R,J shaped inductor. The raceway hardening is done by using new inductor,which is convenient for observation and real- time adjustment,and the heating zone of the raceway is heated evenly. The pass rate of raceway hardening is over 99%.
